连采机掘进半煤岩巷效率及工艺优化研究

Continuous Miner Tunneling Half Coal of Rock Roadway Efficiency and Process Optimization Study

摘要:

为解决神东矿区1.7m以下煤层连采机掘进半煤岩巷适用性及效率问题,对石圪台矿2-2上煤顺槽掘进进行了现场观测与分析。研究表明,随着煤层厚度降低,日进尺随之下降,二者的关系可拟合为4次多项式,使用连采机掘进2-2上煤巷道平均月进尺900m以上,满足快速掘进需要,可通过快速搬家、延长联络巷中心距、保证设备检修质量等措施提高掘进效率。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of Shendong mining 1.7m seam continuous mining machine tunneling half coal rock Lane applicability and efficiency issues,a measuring and analysis was conducted on the roadway excavation behaviors of the Shigetai Mine No.2-2 Up seam.The results showed that the day footage with the lower seam thickness decreases,both can be fit to a 4 times polynomial,Using continuous mining machine digging Mine No.2-2 Up seam average monthly coal roadway drilling footage on 900m above,meet the need for rapid excavation,quickly moving、extending contacted Lane center distance and ensuring the quality of equipment maintenance and other measures can improve the driving efficiency .
